In the meantime more than 10 formulas can be stored for different specs, raw materials tape, which will make repeat operation more convenient by pushing the related storage buttons. 3.The barrel adopts advanced electromagnetic heating and save more than 20% power charges, furthermore in 20min, the barrel can be reached to the required heating temperature with long time. 4.The main units motor and traction motor takes world famous brand like Simens motors, so the performance is steady with long operation life. 5.The main gearbos and traction gearbos are made by Joint venture AOSEN-jianglang as per its European standard, the advantage is long life operation, oil leakage proof, and low power lost. 6.Advanced power regulator is applied in heating system, together with Japan FUJI PID temperature controller to adjust the tolerance within ±1, and the heating is stable, 15-20% power saving compared with other system. 7.It adopts 2 sets of pressure sensor systems to control the screen changing automatically , the pressure can be adjusted as per application, and show the pressure before and behind of the screen. Pre-alarm to the pressure and automatic stop running to the machine after pressure exceeding are also applied, thus the quality is guaranteed, and keep machine in safe running after pressure exceeding.
